Parents, there is still time to sign your child up for the 7th annual Broadalbin Youth Commission Soccer Skills Camp, hosted by the B-P boys soccer program. The camp, which is open to area boys and girls, ages 5-17 years, will take place 6-8 p.m., July 21-25, at Patriot Field. The cost is $65 per person. The Fulton County Chamber of Commerce held it's annual Sports Awards Dinner on June 4, 2014. The Chamber recognizes the Championship teams from each school, the top 6 senior athletes from each school, and selects an Overall Male and Female Athlete of the Year.

Broadalbin-Perth Central School District’s competitive cheerleading team won a national championship in the Small Varsity Non-Tumbling Division at the Eastern Cheer and Dance national competition in Williamsburg, Va., Sunday, April 6. Each team member received a medal, and the team brought home a trophy and banner.

The Boys basketball team defeated Hoosick Falls last night in the sectional semi-finals by the score of 44-42. The boys will play for the Class "B" title this weekend. They will face Voorheesville who comes in as the #1 seed. The game will be played at 5:30 on Saturday at the Glens Falls Civic Center

The BP cheerleading team has been successful once again! Despite illnesses and having to rearrange an entire routine, the BP Competitive Cheerleading team won first place at the Scotia-Glenville competition this past Sunday, February 2nd. BP competed against six other teams in their division and was triumphant once again. Great job, girls!

On Sunday, Jan. 26, the Broadalbin-Perth High School Competitive Cheerleading Team attended the University at Albany Showdown. Competing against three other teams in their division, B-P performed a near-perfect routine to come out on top again.
