Before using the form below, please try the following:
Computer won't start - nothing displays on the screen.
- Make sure that both the computer and monitor are plugged in to an electrical outlet. If you are using a power-strip, make sure it is plugged in and switched on.
- If you're using a laptop, make sure the battery is charged or the laptop is plugged in.
- Make sure the monitor is plugged into the computer and in the correct port.
- Hold the power putton in for 10 seconds to turn the computer off and then restart.

Printer won't print.
- Check that it is plugged in, turned on, has paper, and the printer is not displaying any error codes.
- Try turning the printer off, waiting a few seconds, then turning it back on.
- Restart the computer.
