The Counseling Department has developed this web page to assist students, parents and community members in finding valuable information with regards to career, college and personal development. Broadalbin-Perth Graduation Requirements:

4 credits English
4 credits of Social Studies
3 credits of Math
3 credits of Science
1 credit of Fine Arts
1 credit of Language other than English
1/2 credit of Health
2 credits of Physical Education (.5 credit per year)
4 additional credits in electives

Total = 22.5 credits


 

Diploma Options:

Regents Diploma

Students must score at least 65 on all 5 required Regents exams in order to earn a Regents Diploma

  • Integrated Algebra
  • Global History
  • U.S. History and Government
  • English
  • Science

Regents Diploma Advanced Designation

Students must score at least 65 on all of the following exams:

  • Integrated Algebra
  • Geometry
  • Trigonometry
  • Global History
  • U.S. History and Government
  • English
  • Science
  • A 2nd Science Regents exams
  • A Language other than English (must earn 3 credits in LOTE)
  • *Students acquiring 5 units of credit in one of the following may be exempt from earning three credits in the Language other than English: Art, Music, Business or Career & Technical Education
