BPHS Nutrition Club hosts fundraiser lunch

The Nutrition Club at Broadalbin-Perth High School on Thursday, March 16, hosted lunch at the high school to raise money to bring a frozen yogurt cart to the school during an event this spring.

Members of the Nutrition Club — Samantha Bedell, Alexis O’Dell, Dayana Ochoa, Katelyn Davis, Hope Freeman and Ashlyn Hill — worked under the direction of club adviser Crisan Anadio and assisted Food Service Director Jim Garner in preparing chef salads, Roma stuffed tomatoes, Buffalo chicken meatballs and garlic sticks.

The club presold tickets for the items and served them to students and staff in the cafeteria during regular lunch periods.
