Principal's Message

Buckling down would be the term that I would use to describe the month of May. Spring Break has just ended and the reality that the year is almost over is setting in. The month of May brings not only flowers, but also brings New York State Assessments. Students will be taking tests in Science and Language. Our 8th grade students will also be preparing for the 8th grade NYS Social Studies Assessment given in the first week of June. Many of our students will be using time management skills in order to accommodate all of their daily activities including school, homework/study time, and after-school activities such as clubs, music, and/or sports. All in all, I know our students will rise to the occasion and prove that they can handle the challenges that face them and succeed.

May will be over before you know it—keep a goal in your sights!!

Mr. Bell
