Immunization Information
The NYS Department of Health recommends that people have a tetanus booster every 10 years. Most of our HS Students have not had a tetanus immunization since 1992 through 1994.
If you believe this is true for your child, please contact your health care provider for the immunization. I will then need written documentation from you so I can update your child's records
