The ever-changing world of the new millennium has altered forever the mission of schools and the context in which they work. While basic skills remain the cornerstone of the essential learning, students will need for success in the world of the 21st century, more than ever before students will need to learn “how to learn.” For many, the jobs they will hold cannot even be envisioned today. Technology holds the key to success for the students of the information age. Our districts' technology plan recognizes the importance of technology for our children and sets in motion those actions required by the district if it is to meet the awesome responsibility it has to its children. Through our vision we make possible the reality of their success.
