2024 Capital Project

On May 21, 2024, Broadalbin-Perth residents approved a $37,845,000 capital project by a vote of 437 to 177 (71.2%). The capital project will address health and safety concerns and infrastructure needs; expand classroom space for the district's construction and skilled trades program; and renovate and improve existing learning spaces. The owner of a district home with a full-market value of $100,000 will see a maximum increase of $33 on their September 2026 tax bill to help cover the local share of the project.
