Facility Use Fees

Broadalbin-Perth charges facility use fees to certain groups, including for-profit and not-for-profit organizations that request to use district facilities. Questions about these fees should be directed to the district office by calling 518-954-2501.

Space Rental

  • For-profit groups – $300
  • All other groups – no charge

Chaperones

  • All groups – $25 per hour

Access to Electric

  • For-profit groups – $10 per hour
  • All other groups – no charge

Field Lights

  • Non-profit and for-profit groups – $25 per hour
  • All other groups – no charge

Lights/Sound Board (Auditorium)

  • Non-profit and for-profit groups – $25 per hour
  • All other groups – no charge

Light and Sound Operator (Auditorium)

  • Non-profit and for-profit groups – $25 per hour
  • All other groups – no charge

A/V Support

  • For-profit groups – $25 per hour
  • All other groups – no charge

IT Support

  • For-profit groups – $25 per hour
  • All other groups – no charge

Custodial Services

  • Non-profit and for-profit groups – $30 per hour
  • All other groups – no charge

Food Service Catering

  • All groups – $30 per hour

Snow Removal
