MVP Award

MVP Award logo

All across the Broadalbin-Perth Central School District, employees do extraordinary things every day to improve standards, help students, and encourage one another. Too often, their efforts go unnoticed or unappreciated.

To ensure employees are recognized for the things they do to make a difference in the lives of B-P students and our school district, we are proud to promote the Most Valuable Patriot program to recognize the true MVPs at Broadalbin-Perth.

Nominations are encouraged from students, families, employees, and members of our school community:

  • If you see a staff member going above and beyond with special acts that exceed normal expectations; and/or
  • An employee has had a significant immediate or long-range impact on students and/or their fellow employees.

The MVP program provides an easy way for people to say "thank you" to staff who go above and beyond what is expected of them. To nominate a staff member for recognition, complete the online form (right).

Two winners are selected monthly from the pool of nominations. Each MVP recipient receives a B-P Yeti mug. A grand prize winner of a $100 restaurant gift certificate is chosen in June from all of those nominated for a Most Valuable Patriot Award throughout the school year.

All members of the B-P school community are encouraged to recognize faculty and staff for their outstanding work through the MVP program.

Past winners of the MVP award are listed below.

Successories

Before the MVP Award, there was Successories. A combination of the words “success” and “accessories,” the Successories program provided an easy way for people to say "thank you" to B-P faculty or staff members who went above and beyond for our students. The program ran from 2014 to 2023.

Winners from each building were selected quarterly from the pool of nominations. Each quarter’s Successories winners received a B-P Yeti mug. One person each quarter was selected to receive a personal day. A grand prize winner of a $100 restaurant gift certificate was chosen in June from all of those nominated for a Successory throughout the school year.

Past Successories winners are listed below.
