Facility Use Fees

Broadalbin-Perth charges facility use fees to certain groups, including for-profit and not-for-profit organizations that request to use district facilities. Questions about these fees should be directed to the district office by calling 518-954-2501.

Space Rental

  • For-profit groups – $500 deposit required within 72 hours of approval of facility use request
  • All other groups – no charge

Equipment

  • All groups – no fee

Chaperones

  • All groups – $150 per hour

Chairs

  • All groups – no fee

Tables

  • All groups – no fee

Access to Electric

  • For-profit groups – $50 per hour
  • All other groups – no charge

Air Conditioning

  • For-profit groups – $100 per hour
  • All other groups – no charge

Field Lights

  • Non-profit and for-profit groups – $75 per hour
  • All other groups – no charge

Lights/Sound Board (Auditorium)

  • Non-profit and for-profit groups – $75 per hour
  • All other groups – no charge

Light and Sound Operator (Auditorium)

  • Non-profit and for-profit groups – $75 per hour
  • All other groups – no charge

Microphones

  • All groups – no fee

Podium

  • All groups – no fee

Projector

A/V Support

Food Service Catering

Snow Removal

    • Minor – $75 per hour
    • Major – $250 per hour

  • For-profit groups – $100 per hour

Auditorium Use
