It was a beautiful sunny evening as Broadalbin-Perth held its annual commencement ceremony on Patriot Field with members of the community celebrating the 127 graduating seniors in the Class of 2022 on Friday, June 24. B-P Senior High School Principal Mark Brooks emceed the ceremony, with Superintendent of Schools Stephen Tomlinson, B-P Board of Education President Edward Szumowski, Junior High School Principal Wayne Bell, and Assistant Principal Adam Barnhart handing out diplomas and awards.

Highlights of the ceremony included:
- The Broadalbin-Perth concert band, under the direction of Michael Graves, performed as the graduates processed onto Patriot Field.
- Individual student speeches were given by valedictorian Taylor Dingman, salutatorian Katherine Szumowski, and third-ranked student Sophia Rogers.
- Tomlinson and Szumowski also addressed the Class of 2022 with inspirational speeches filled with advice and encouragement.
