The Broadalbin-Perth Board of Education will hold its regular monthly meeting at 6 this evening in the Virtual AP Room at BPHS. Members of the community may participate in the meeting in person or virtually through Google Meet. Residents may also participate via phone by calling 219-301-2036 and entering PIN 223 848 237#.
Note, Roberts Rules of Order remain in effect for all public school board meetings, whether they are held in-person or virtually. Members of the community who are attending the meeting must mute their phones or devices. Those who wish to provide public comment must wait until that portion of the agenda to speak after being recognized by the board president.
Per District Policy 1510, in part: “Public expression at such meetings shall be encouraged and a specific portion of the agenda shall provide for this privilege of the floor. A public comment period of five (5) minutes each shall be provided for all interested speakers.
