Calendar to be distributed to students, made available at local banks
The Broadalbin-Perth Central School District’s annual wall calendar has returned after a two-year hiatus caused by the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic. As in the past, copies of the calendar will be distributed and made available to students when they return to school. The 2022-23 calendar is also available to district residents who do not have children attending the schools at the Community Bank on Route 30 in Amsterdam, NBT Bank of Vail Mills, and at the school and district offices.
The pages of the 2022-23 calendar feature full-color photos of students learning and participating in activities during the 2021-22 school year.
Several years ago, the district discontinued its practice of mailing a calendar to every household in the school district to save money on postage. This year, residents who would like a copy of the 2022-23 calendar have the option of picking one up at any school office; the district office, 20 Pine Street, Broadalbin; at NBT Bank of Vail Mills, 3711 State Highway 30, Broadalbin; or at Community Bank, 4781 State Highway 30, Amsterdam. Residents can also request to have a copy of the calendar mailed to their homes by calling the district office at (518) 954-2501.
All students attending B-P Elementary School will be given a calendar to take home by the end of the first full week of school. Families with multiple children who receive more calendars than they need are asked to send extra calendars back to the school with their children.
Students attending B-P Jr./Sr. High School may pick up copies of the calendar for their families from either the junior or senior high office
