Broadalbin-Perth’s new elementary drama club will stage its first production, “Charlotte’s Web,” this weekend on the stage in the middle school gymnasium. Show time is 6:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, April 27-28. Tickets may be purchased at the door for $5 each.

Based on the classic book by E.B. White, B-P’s production stars fifth-graders Josie Arcuri as Charlotte, Jace Garrison as Wilbur, and Emma Watermann as Fern Arable. The cast and crew have been working since October to bring the production to the stage.

The elementary drama club has received financial support from the B-P Education Foundation, BPHS Drama Club, Stewart’s Holiday Match, and the Walmart Community Fund.
