Families invited to Pre-K Parent Information Night April 25

RSVP for Pre-K Parent Information Night

Incoming pre-K students and their families are invited to meet some of the key people who will help them start their educational journey, and take home information and resources to help them prepare for the start of school in the fall, during Pre-K Parent Information Night, starting at 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 25 at TLC.

During the evening, families will meet pre-K teachers and members of the related services team as they rotate among four stations. Parents will learn about the pre-K curriculum and daily routines, child development, activities families can do at home, and about district transportation for pre-K students. Brad Strait, principal at The Learning Community, will also answer parents’ questions about the lottery system the district will use to fill its 90 available pre-K slots.

To help with planning, families are asked to RSVP online. Questions about Pre-K Parent Information Night may be directed to Sarah Gabriel at gabriels@bpcsd.org or 518-954-2654.
