165 B-P students participate in Regional Art Show at Paul Nigra Center
The annual Regional Art Show at the Paul Nigra Center is here, and 165 students in pre-K through grade 12 from the Broadalbin-Perth Central School District have been selected for this year's show. More than 170 pieces of artwork are currently on display at the center until May 16.
Students from both B-P Elementary School and B-P Jr./Sr. High School were selected to take part in the show, based on nominations from their teachers. A total of 122 students from BPES and 47 students from BPHS were selected for the show.
The 2024 Regional Art Show is open now through May 16, with the gallery open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays. The public is invited to an opening reception scheduled for 4-7 p.m., Thursday, March 28. The Paul Nigra Center for Creative Arts is located at 2736 State Highway 30, Gloversville.
