Broadalbin-Perth High School students selected for regional exhibition at FMCC

Five Broadalbin-Perth High School student artists have been selected to showcase their work in this year’s Regional High School Art Exhibition at the Perrella Art Gallery at Fulton-Montgomery Community College — a juried show that highlights outstanding student artwork from across the region in a professional gallery setting.

The following Broadalbin-Perth students were selected for inclusion:

  • Allesandra Newhart — Midnight Fright (miniatures and model-making)
  • Emily Winney — Ruby (painting)
  • Kaitlyn Cetnar — Candy (photography)
  • Karamia Vollero — The Pause at Dusk (photography)
  • Karamia Vollero — Consequences of Intelligence (3D modeling)
  • Zoey Martz — Thanks for Noticin’ Me (painting)
  • Zoey Martz — Night (photography)

All participating Broadalbin-Perth students are juniors, except for Vollero, who is a senior. The artists are students of BPHS art teachers J. Anthony DiMezza and Jen Locke, as well as photography teacher John Viscosi.

The exhibition opens Monday, March 30, and continues through Thursday, April 9. A closing reception and awards ceremony will take place at 6 p.m. on April 9.
The Perrella Gallery at Fulton-Montgomery Community College is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or by appointment. Admission is free.
