Broadalbin-Perth to host All-County Music Festival Feb. 1
More than 40 students from Broadalbin-Perth have been selected to participate in the Fulton County Music Educators Association (FCMEA) All-County Music Festival. The festival will take place at Broadalbin-Perth Jr./Sr. High School Jan. 31-Feb. 1, culminating in a concert starting at 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 1 in the Margaret Blowers Auditorium. The concert is open to the public. Tickets may be purchased at the door for $5 each.
Students from both Broadalbin-Perth Jr./Sr. High School and B-P Elementary School have been invited to participate in this year's festival. Students are selected based on teacher recommendations and their scores at the New York State School Music Association (NYSSMA) Solo Festival.
