Elementary students explore skilled trades through hands-on building project

Fourth graders at Broadalbin-Perth Elementary School recently participated in a hands-on experience hosted by B-P’s construction and skilled trades program in partnership with the Northeast Workforce Coalition.

During the activity, the fourth graders worked alongside older student mentors to build their own wooden tool caddies. The project encouraged teamwork, communication, and problem-solving while providing students with a fun and engaging introduction to the skilled trades.
