New teachers welcomed to Broadalbin-Perth during orientation

With the 2026-27 school year just around the corner, Broadalbin-Perth welcomed its newest faculty members during new teacher orientation.

The orientation gave new teachers an opportunity to become familiar with the district, meet members of the B-P team, and learn more about the schools, resources, and support available to them as they begin their careers at Broadalbin-Perth.

Throughout the day, new faculty and their teacher mentors participated in presentations and discussions designed to help them get acclimated to the district and prepare for the year ahead. Topics included district expectations, instructional practices, technology, communication, and other important information to help teachers feel prepared before they welcome students into their classrooms.
