Three BPHS students selected for FMCC Juried Art Exhibition

Three Broadalbin-Perth High School juniors Keira McDougall, Madison Dolly, and Emma Watermann have been selected for the 30th Annual Fulton-Montgomery Community College Juried Regional High School Art Exhibition. The exhibition is open to students in grades 9-12, who attend schools within a 50-mile radius of FMCC.

Three BPHS students — one from Wendy Carroll's class and two from John Viscosi's class — were selected for the exhibition by a juried panel. The students and their works are:

  2. “La Luz Encerrada Enla Oscuridad” by Madison Dolly

  3. “Lost in the Valley” by Emma Watermann

"I am very proud of our students who have worked so hard on their artwork," BPHS art teacher Wendy Carroll said. "It's an honor for them to be recognized on a regional level. "

The 30th Annual FMCC Juried Regional High School Art Exhibition will take place Monday, April 8 to Thursday, April 18. A reception and awards ceremony that is open to the public will be held Thursday, April 18, 6-7:30 p.m.
