Broadalbin-Perth is now accepting requests for pre-K and kindergarten registration packets.
B-P offers a full-day pre-K program and can accommodate up to 90 children in the program. Children who reside in the district and who will be 4 years old on or before Dec. 1, 2020, are eligible to attend pre-K during the 2020-21 school year.
Pre-K slots will be filled through a lottery, in which district officials will randomly select 90 children whose parents have turned in completed registration packets by the deadline, which is May 21. Pre-K slots are NOT first come, first served.
To request a pre-K registration packet, contact pre-K parent advocate Kaila Saltsman at (518) 954-2606 or via email. For more pre-K information, including important dates, visit our pre-K information page.
If your child will be 5 years old on or before Dec. 1, 2020, they are eligible to attend kindergarten during the 2020-21 school year. All eligible children will be accepted into B-P’s kindergarten program. To begin the process of registering your child for kindergarten, please contact Kim Buchanan in the TLC main office at (518) 954-2650. If you already have a child attending Broadalbin-Perth’s pre-K program, registration paperwork will be sent home.
